You may return products you purchased within 14 days. Returned items must be in unopened packaging and include the invoice.

For defective products, shipping costs are covered by us; otherwise the buyer pays shipping. Please use Sürat Kargo for returns; other carriers will not be accepted by our returns department.

Refunds for accepted returns are processed to the card account on the same day (timing may vary depending on your bank's approval process).
