1. Order Preparation & Premium Protective Packaging

Due to the high craftsmanship density and heavy-weight nature of our authentic copper cookware and decor items, all products are carefully packaged using specialized protective materials to prevent any damage during international transit.

  • Standard collection items are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For custom designs, personalized production, or high-volume wholesale orders, preparation times may vary based on the manufacturing process (details will be provided upon your inquiry).

2. International Shipping & Micro-Export Operations

  • We actively perform official micro-export operations, offering worldwide shipping to European countries, the USA, and global markets.

  • For international express logistics, we collaborate exclusively with trusted global carriers such as FedEx Express to guarantee fast and secure delivery.

  • Once your international order is dispatched, a tracking number will automatically be shared with you via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment seamlessly.

3. Secure Delivery & Damaged Shipment Policy (Buyer's Guide)

The responsibility of our logistics partners is to transport your custom products safely and deliver them directly to the right person. Please follow these essential steps upon delivery:

  • Package Inspection: Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect the box for any signs of damage, dents, or tears caused during transit.

  • Damage Report Document: If you notice any visible deformation on the box that might affect the item inside, please open the package in the presence of the courier to check the physical condition of your copper products. If any damage is found, do not accept the package and immediately request the courier to file an official "Damage Report Document" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı).

  • Manufacturer's Warranty & Replacement: Return the damaged items along with the official report. Backed by our comprehensive after-sales manufacturer's warranty, a brand-new replacement will be produced and shipped to you immediately at no extra cost.
