You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days. The packaging of the products you will return must be intact and the invoice must be present.

The shipping cost for defective products belongs to us, otherwise the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. Please use only Sürat cargo for return shipments, otherwise the cargo will not be accepted by our returns department.

For the product(s) that are accepted for return, the refund is made to the card account used on the same day (refunds may vary depending on your bank's approval period).
