• In case of force majeure, raw material/stock shortages, or mandatory production-related issues that prevent the delivery of the product, the buyer will be informed, and a full refund will be processed within 14 days.

2. Delivery and Shipping Inspection

• Please inspect the shipping package carefully in the presence of the courier service agent upon delivery.

• Do not accept crushed, torn, opened, or physically damaged packages, and request the courier agent to issue a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı).

• Packages accepted without a report are considered to be delivered completely and undamaged during transport.

• Natural Mineral Notice: Pure copper products naturally change color, tarnish, or oxidize over time due to contact with air and moisture. This is not a manufacturing defect; it is an original, characteristic, and natural feature of copper metal.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Return Process

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

• For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be unused, undamaged, with its original packaging intact, and must not have lost its resaleability.

• Return requests must first be notified in writing to destek@modabakir.com with the order number.

• Return Shipping Cost: For all return shipments made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer (customer). Return shipments with unpaid shipping costs will not be accepted by our company.

4. Non-Returnable Products and Conditions

Returns are legally not accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been used, or exposed directly to open fire or excessive heat.

• Products that are scratched, dented, crushed, or deformed due to misuse or user error.

• Copper products that have tarnished, dulled, or suffered tin-lining damage due to being washed in a dishwasher.

• Products damaged by harsh chemical cleaners (bleach, hydrochloric acid, steel wool, etc.).

• Custom-made products, products engraved with names/motifs, or customized orders prepared according to the specific size requests of the customer.

• Products returned without their original invoice, accessories, and special packaging (if any).

5. Copper Product Maintenance and Warranty Guidelines

All Moda Bakır products are made of 100% pure copper. Slight surface variations and hammer marks resulting from the handcrafted nature of the products are not defects, but natural characteristics of traditional craftsmanship.

Exclusions from Warranty:

• Natural tarnishing, oxidation, and color tone changes due to regular use.

• Deformations resulting from failure to follow the care and usage instructions.

Important Usage and Care Recommendations:

• Strictly do not wash your copper products in a dishwasher.

• Avoid using steel wool, abrasive sponges, and harsh chemicals for cleaning. Use a soft sponge and liquid dish soap instead.

• To extend the lifespan of the copper, always dry it thoroughly after washing; do not leave it wet for a long time.

• You can safely use natural methods such as lemon, vinegar, or baking soda to clean and polish the outer surface that dulls over time.

6. Payment Security

• For shopping security purposes, orders that raise suspicion of unauthorized or stolen credit card use may be canceled by Moda Bakır, and necessary legal actions will be initiated.
