Care & Maintenance

To protect the traditional tin lining:

• Use low to medium heat whenever possible.
• Do not preheat the empty tray for extended periods.
• Hand wash with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge.
• Do not use a dishwasher.
• Avoid steel wool, abrasive powders and harsh cleaning products.
• Avoid metal utensils that may scratch the tin lining.
• Dry thoroughly after washing.
• Do not expose the tin lining to unnecessarily high temperatures.
