Care & Maintenance:

Hand wash only, using lukewarm water, a soft sponge, and mild, non-abrasive dish soap.

Towel-dry immediately after rinsing to prevent water spotting and preserve the interior's shine.

Do not use over direct high heat or in a hot oven — the tin lining has a melting point of approximately 232°C (450°F), and oven or baking temperatures can approach or exceed this. Use this tray for serving, presentation, or low, indirect warming only; bake pastries separately and transfer to the tray for serving.

Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the interior tin layer.

Refresh the raw copper exterior periodically with a lemon-and-salt mixture.
